From time to time there can be unexpected delays with customs and courier which may ultimately delay the delivery. This is uncontrollable from SEASKAPE's end.
ADDITIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
You will be liable for ALL of the applicable costs of import duties, customs, taxes levied and customs holding by your country that your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Each country will be different.
This will also include the new exchanged items that we send out to you.
SEASKAPE will not be liable for these charges, and unfortunately they cannot be reimbursed or refunded by us.
If you are uncertain if you will be affect by any of these additional charges, we highly recommend that you contact your local customs office first.
ORDER SHIPMENT & DESPATCH
All orders will be processed and shipped from Australia within 24-48 hours of purchase during working days (Monday – Friday).
All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public holiday will be processed and shipped the next working day.
During our sales or promotional events, there may be a delay in the orders being processed and shipped.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- A second email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched

If you have not received an email with your tracking details, please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number.
If you are not home to receive your parcel, a card will be left in your mail box for collection at your local Post Office.
All Post Offices around the world will have a specified time frame for you to collect the parcels, and after that they will be sent back to SEASKAPE HQ Office in Australia. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for collection.
You will be required to pay the re-delivery fee (if this is sent back to us) and we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
SEASKAPE is not held liable for incorrect shipping information entered at time of checkout on our website. The customer is to check these details carefully as we are unable to issue a refund once item(s) have been shipped.
